After owning and managing a successful Los Angeles photography studio for nine years, Somer Padilla moved to Houston and opened a real estate media company focused on branding, photography, virtual tours and marketing homes for area Realtors. Driven by natural business instincts and inspired to help families find their forever home, Somer decided to take the leap and earn her real estate license. “Photography spoke to a talent, but real estate spoke to my overall business sense, intelligence, and personality,” she says.
